REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is a wonderful treatment to receive, it is also a wonderful treatment to provide. There are more and more people looking for Reflexology to maintain their wellbeing, provide relaxation, reduce stress and to work alongside traditional treatments.
If you are looking for a worthwhile career with an opportunity to provide an amazing treatment, Reflexology might be for you! It has certainy brought me a great deal of satisfaction and an opportunity to expand my knowledge and learning way beyond my initial training course.
The Reflexology Practitioner Diploma, provided by Energyze Holistic Training, is suitable for complete beginners, as it also includes a seperate certificate in Anatomy & Physiology. The course is designed to provide the learner with a thorough learning experience to ensure knowledge underpins practice.
This course is not a quick fix into the world of Reflexology. It is designed to provide the learner with the time and experience to understand, practice and gain confidence in their new skills, which will enable them to provide a robust treatment to their future clients.
The course consists of 7 modules, each module containing elemants of Reflexology theory, anatomy & physiology and the requirements to run a successful business. Each session will also contain plenty of time for practical work. Students will be required to complete 70 case studies, to help build a portfoilo of their learning and development. The course will take approximately 6 months to complete and will be fully insurable for future practice. Class sizes are minimal or on a 1-1 basis, to ensure learning is thorough and individual to each student. The course is currently accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine(IPHM) & International Guild of Complementary Therapists (IGCT).
The Reflexology Modules you will study have been carefully constructed to include everything you need to begin your exciting new career:

There will be 4 full study days, one a month, plus practical sessions where you will have the opportunity to practice your new skills on real clients. There will be work to be completed at home alongside the case studies. At the end of the course there will be observed sessions and a final written assessment to complete your Diploma.
The cost of the course is £995. This can be paid for in full or in installments prior to commencement. The cost covers all teaching, teaching materials, certificate on completion.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a wonderful addition to your treatment menu. The massage is perfect for reducing stress and tension, stimulating the movement of the circulation, lymph and oxygen around the body. The treatment incorporates massage techniques that work on pressure points to help restore balance to the body.
What Does the Course Cover?
This course will teach you everything you need to enable you to offer the treatment to your clients. As well as learning the practical aspects, you will learn about the history of the massage, along with the benefits you will bring to your clients, and the materials needed.
The course will also cover Health & Safety, the Consultation process, Contraindications and contra actions, and importantly Anatomy & Physiology.
Course Structure
The Course will be taught across 1 full day and will begin at 9.30. The Theory will be addressed first and the rest of the day will be spent learning and practicing the practical skills. The day will allow for comfort breaks and students are encouraged to bring lunch / snack. Tea, coffee or water will be available.
Energyze Holistic Training keeps class sizes very small to allow a focused learning experience. If the course is running on a 1:1 basis, there will be a need to provide a model on the day - this will be arranged prior to commencement.
All products are provided for you on the day and you will receive a comprehensive Training Manual to take away with you.
Course Entry
Whilst there are no formal requirements for this course, which makes it suitable for complete beginners, it would be advisable to complete an Anatomy and Physiology course prior to commencing any massage or beauty course to enhance your learning and understanding in particular of shorter stand alone courses.
An A&P course is available through Energyze Holistic Training, which would give you a solid foundation to begin your study of Indian Head Massage.
Qualification
When you have completed the course, you will receive a Diploma Certificate from Energyze Holistic Training. This will enable you to obtain Public Liability Insurance, which you will need, to enable you to offer the treatment to your clients.
Ongoing support will be available to you beyond your training day.
Cost.
The cost of the course is £150. This can be paid in instalments, full payment is required prior to commencement of the course.
A student contract will be agreed and signed by student and Energyze Holistic Training to ensure all learning needs are identified, addressed and student expectations and requirements are agreed.
Holistic Facial
This course teaches you the knowledge and skills required to provide this wonderful treatment for your clients. The treatment fis different to more traditional facials as it focuses on technique, rather than product use. Your client will benefit from pressure point and specialist massage to smooth, lift and contour. A truly relaxing and holistic experience, ideal for clients who prefer more natural based treatments or who have contra-indications preventing a more traditional treatment.
What does the course cover?
This course provides all of the knowledge and theory behind the Holistic facial treatment which includes the principles and benefits of the treatment. The facial routine will be covered thoroughly and time is allocated for plenty of practice to perfect your new skills.
We will spend some time looking at the skin, anatomy & physiology, the consultation process and contraindications or contr-actions that you may come across.
Health & safety factors, codes of practice, your working environment, and anything that may affect your practice will be discussed.

Courses provided by Energyze Holistic Training are small in class size. If the course is running on a 1:1 basis, there will be a requirement to provide a model on the day, which will be organised in advance.
All products needed to complete the training / treatment are provided on the day and you will receive a Training Manual to take away with you for future reference.
Course Entry
Although this course will suit beginners and experienced therapists, due to the anatomical content, it is essential that the student has some knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology.
Energyze Holistic Training do provide an A&P course if required. This course will provide you a solid foundation to A&P which can be used as an entry onto other courses in the future.
Qualification.
When you have completed the course, you will receive a Diploma Certificate from Energyze Holistic Training. This will enable you to gain Public Liability Insurance, which you will need to provide the treatment to clients.
Once the course is over, there will be ongoing support from Energyze Holistic Training if needed, beyond your training day.
Cost
The course costs £150 and can be paid for in instalments. The full cost is required to be paid before the course commences.
There will be a student contract signed between the student and Energyze Holistic Training. This is to ensure all learning needs are identified, addressed and catered for and the expectations and requirements of the student are agreed.
Anatomy and Physiology
This course will provide you with a solid foundation on which to build your
knowledge of the human body and it's systems.
It is an essential requirement for entry into many further qualifications and this course will prepare you for future study / careers, in a structured and comprehensive way.
This Anatomy & Physiology course is designed to develop your understanding of the human structure and functions, and how they all work together.
The course is online and is delivered module by module, with no time restraints to allow you to fit your study into your own time and pace of learning.
There are 12 modules for you to complete, these will be assessed throughout the course with assignments at the end of each module. There will be a final assessment to complete at the end of the course.
