About Energyze

Since then I  have had an extensive career in the NHS with experience in Renal Medicine, Emergency Care, Practice Nursing and Health Visiting / Public Health. I have studied continuously and have gained a BSc in Nursing Science and following qualification as a Health Visitor I successfully gained an MSc in Public Health.

Throughout  my nursing career I have always been  very interested in Holistic & Beauty Therapies and have qualifications in Beauty Therapy, Massage, Reflexology, Crystal Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy.

It is my belief that the treatments I provide should be as individual as each and every client, depending on their needs, expectations and desired outcome. Whether there is a special occasion on the horizon, an existing condition or issue requiring support, or the desire to improve your general health & wellbeing, I will endeavour to help you decide which treatment / package of treatments is the right one for you, to get the results you want.

Reflexology is a great passion of mine and since I qualified as a Reflexologist I have continued to study different techniques at home and abroad and am delighted to offer a variety of treatments all based around this effective and powerful holistic therapy.

I aim to provide quality treatments, tailored specifically to your needs in a safe environment where you can relax, have some precious time out and leave feeling on top of the world. I look forward to welcoming you to my relaxing studio in Bedlington, which has been purpose built for one to one consultations.
