Any treatments booked over the value of £80 will require a non -refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking. 

We whole heartedly understand that unexpected things do happen, and will accomodate rescheduled appointments as best we can. However, any short notice,  cancelled appointments will incur the following fees:  50% within 24 hours & 100% for a no show or a cancellation on the day.

Gift Vouchers are readily available at all times. They are valid for 6 months  from the date of purchase & will not be accepted after this time. A 20% discount will be offered on any treatment or retail product of the same value or more, as the voucher.
